What is the STORYKIT Program?
The STORYKIT Program develops children’s reading skills through storytelling sessions. The storykit box contains a picture book, a game, and the online audio link for the story. Children love it!

How effective is the Storykit Program?
The STORYKIT Program has been successfully tested by UNESCO in government primary schools in Pakistan. It developed children's interest in reading and improved their confidence and communication skills
What age group is the STORYKIT Program for?
It is for children between age 4 to 12.
What stories are used in the STORYKIT Program?
The STORYKIT Program uses folktales and other stories retold for children in simple Urdu.
What does STORYKIT Program sponsorship provide?
The STORYKIT Program sponsorship provides:
  • One storybook for each child
  • One storytelling session
  • One storykit game session
What are the STORYKIT Program sponsorship packs?
The following packs are available for individual sponsors. For corporate sponsorship rates, please email: corporate@storykit.com.
Individual Sponsorship Pack
  • 25 children (PKR 10,000 — USD 75)
  • 75 children (PKR 25,000 — USD 200)
  • 175 children (PKR 50,000 — USD 425)
  • 400 children (PKR 100,000 — USD 800)

How does the sponsor receive verification of the sponsored STORYKIT Program event?
The sponsor receives the following information after the sponsored event has been conducted:
  • Venue and date of the event
  • Receipt of storykits distributed
  • A short 1-2 min video with the sponsor’s name on the STORYKIT channel.
Which cities does the STORYKIT Program sponsorship cover?
The STORYKIT spnsorship packs 2, 3, and 4 cover the entire Pakistan. Pack 1 for single events is currently available only for Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad.
How does one become a STORYKIT sponsor?

What is the minimum number of children I can sponsor?
25 (Twenty-five)
Can I choose the school(s) to sponsor? And what if I don't know which school to sponsor?
You can choose the school(s) you wish to sponsor or the Storykit team can help you choose a suitable one.
Can I choose to sponsor in the name of a loved one?
Yes. A person can choose to sponsor in the name of a loved one.
What are the payment options available to a sponsor?
Sponsors can pay with cash, cheque, credit card, mobile app, and wire transfer.
Can I sponsor STORYKIT Program for a school on an ongoing basis?
Yes. We offer packages to continue the program at schools for the whole year with monthly storytelling sessions held throughout the academic year.
Can I donate storykits to schools or libraries?
Yes. You can tell us the quantity of storykits you wish to donate and we will send you information about suitable packages.
